The capri is getting gutted. I'm then junking the chassis. I'm saving most of the parts for my daily driver capri, I'll install them as I get the chance. I've purchased a 1991 Isuzu Impulse RS. It will be an awesome car when I am done with it. I can now upgrade Mercury Capri / Mazda 323 computers for higher boost and higher rev limits. OK, ok, so its been a whole 2 months since I've updated the news here. Bah. I've been busy. The engine is now back in the capri. It'll be running real soon, and it better get me to the capri gathering and back in one piece. I have two pages of pics: Page1 here and Page2 here. I've been working full time so I've been pretty busy. I wrecked my Grand Prix, so I won't be selling it. Pictures can be be seen here. I'm driving a 1992 Chevy Cavalier untill I get my Capri back on the road. I have been making progress on the engine. I'm porting & polishing the head & manifolds, and thats almost done. I've cleaned up the transmission and painted it. I'll be painting the engine and manifolds soon. I'm trying to pick up a part-time job to help get this done faster. I need about $2k in parts to get it to the point where I would like it. The videos page has been updated.
I forgot how much working sucks... I'm saving up to buy the neccesary parts to fix my capri, and perhaps I will sell the Grand Prix. If you or anyone you know is interested in a 1994 Grand Prix SE (see pics page) please let me know, I'll let it go for the right price. I FINALLY have a job! Now I can afford to fix the Capri! I'm still thinking about a RWD swap with it. We'll see what happens, I'll keep you updated. I still have a few picture pages to update, theyre a pain in the ass though. Grrr. R.I.P. John Curtis. You'll be missed.
I have been very busy lately being unemployed and such... Please keep checking back for more updates. I'm close to being finished with recoding all of the old content, and I've started to add new stuff, like the Lanparty Pictures page. I still have a little bit to go, I have some more picture pages to add. I'm working on a Flamethrower MK.III so expect some pictures and test videos soon.
Welcome to www.werbatfik.com, the new home of Rocketlabs. Finally I have my own domain! I'd like to thank Death_Monkey for hosting Rocketlabs on Technoid.ca! Rocketlabs is being completely redesigned, yet again. I have never really found a page style that I liked and was easy to code untill now. Please be patient while I rewrite everything. Some of the pages on Rocketlabs have been here since Day 1 and chopped and spliced to work with the new formats, so most of the code is old and discombobulated. Its time for a fresh new look and feel for every page! My coding skills are also becoming more advanced, as well as the tools available to me. All of Rocketlabs as you see it has been completely hand-coded, and that will remain so for the time being. Most web-design programs SUCK. For now please visit my FORUM
