This Is my 1991 Mercury Capri XR2. I blew a turbo seal, so right now its parked untill I get around to replacing the turbo. While its down for maintenence I'm also porting & polishing the head, both manifolds, and replacing the axles and possibly the clutch. It currently has 168,000 miles on it. I installed what I call the G.F.M. (Ghetto Fuel Management). Its just an extra injector that kicks in to provide fuel for extra boost. Also pictured is the TurboXS type RFL blowoff valve I installed. I do not reccomend them for IHI Vj14 turbos as they are too big and put too much stress on the turbo. I also wanted to move my aftermarket gauges off the dash, so I made my own PVC guage pod. It worked extremely well untill the sun melted the hot glue. I will rebuild it soon using epoxy. When I bought itSame. Damage from my accidentGood Looks! The generic BOV I installedSexy Capri Ass!
